The first time I tried to read this book it didn t make much sense and I became frustrated After reading some other books, and watching some movies such as What the Bleep do We Know, and The Secret, I went back and read the book again It made far sense to me the second time around This book is heavy on the quantum physics aspects of astral projection aka out of body experience and can be confusing if the theories and concepts of quantum physics are new to you.
