  1. A Hearts On Fire ReviewFOUR HEARTS If you like hurt comfort featuring abused MC s, Rebecca Brochu s Finding Home , hit my spot A little heavy in the sweet towards the end, but overall, it gave me the story fitting for the characters Salem Rooks has picked up and left his life the moment his abusive, stalking ex comes around His ex wanted to train him with his fists Trigger warning abuse happened in the past and off page He has restarted his life, moved, changed jobs too many times to count and y [...]

  2. In the perfect world this would be the most lovely and amazing thing to do, helping a homeless person, taking him home and fall in love with him But, we all know how unrealistic that it s However, it was still lovely.

  3. It was easy to read two compelling characters, a steadily building interesting relationship, all told with a prose often paced well But when it wasn t paced well, the problems were exposition and repetition we were told how Salem feels often and repeatedly I rolled my eyes, moaning, Pease stop explaining, you ve already showed Less when it s exquisitely chosen baroque moments is I liked Salem his voice rang out strong, sincere, and likeable Wyatt, while initially mysterious, kind, with a hint o [...]

  4. Salem has been in the run for a while Ever since he ran away from his abusive boyfriend He gets settled somewhere and then the emails start, followed by deliveries And finally a in person visit that does usually end well for Salem He is always ready to pick up and take off again That is until he runs into Wyatt, literally.Wyatt is a local homeless military vet He has been living in the doorway of a building across the street from Salem s apartment After first run in Salem takes an interest in Wy [...]

  5. Taking the time to stop and do one small thing for a stranger shows what a beautiful heart Salem has His strength of character shines through, even when he feels anxiety and panic attacks try to rule his life This story is so wonderfully written, my only wish is that we could have the same insight into Wyatt s character as well Their feelings for each other come across as completely genuine and honest, pulling you right in and not letting go.LototyReviewer for Coffee Time Romance MoreOfficial Re [...]

  6. I liked that these characters were strong individually but still needed each other and were even stronger together I also liked that the relationship built over time instead of developing over the course of a few days I would totally want to be friends with this couple They are so sweet together and I definitely see them lasting long term I ll probably be picking this one up again in the future for a nice comfort read.

  7. Wyatt and Salem I really liked them I loved Salem s willingness to help, but still cautious I loved Wyatt He was strong, protective, thankful and I loved everything about him.Their relationship seemed natural and the pacing was perfect.
