I honestly did not think I would like this book as much as I did The kind of lame cover, title and back cover description don t do this novel justice Shenda is a brave, headstrong woman who turns out to be than just the new pretty lady in the Pharaoh s harem she stands her ground, even when Pharaoh loses control and plays the power card on her There was romance, intrigue, and even action with a very interesting description of war while Shenda rides a car into battle all in all, a really good re [...]

Does anyone read these for anything other than the sex I read quite a few of these style books since I was 13, due to the fact that they took me longer to get through than a small Harlequin but the plot always seemed to the same Not to say that it wasn t enjoyed while I read it, but I wasn t looking for anything to exercise my mind or cause me to think.
