  1. Not a compelling read I think that the author is a very emotionally young, naive 33 yo Her religious struggles seemed to be very out of place in juxtaposition to Jane Austen s life and novels Her insights about relationships were weak and not interesting to me.Perhaps the book makes sense to readers who have grown up as part of an Evangelical community Not a book that I would recommend to readers who want to learn about Jane through the experiences of a modern woman.

  2. Loved it Autobiographical of Lori s visit through places in England and biographical of Austen s life, family and places.
