I m big fan of vampire novels obviously since I ve written two and when Tina offered me her book for free in exchange for a review I was about to say yes but realized I had already paid to download it I like to keep abreast of vampire fiction as much as I can and since Tina is also from Newfoundland, I was especially curious to see what she had written Sadly I have to start this review the way I did one for another self published book I read earlier this year, if Tina read this I guess we ll hav [...]

This is an enjoyable book for anyone who like The Vampire Diaries I will admit that I have not read those books, but I have watched some of the show Destiny of the Vampire is heavily influenced by The Vampire Diaries, but does improve on some aspects I enjoy the character of Doctor Hope Serenity much than many of the female characters on The Vampire Diaries, but again, I only know the show.At the same time, this is an independent publication by a first time author, so there are the editing issu [...]

I found this to be a delightful book about vampires, love, lies and regret The story is rich with it s history and backstory, and the plot moves at a nice pace The characters draw you in, and you immediately become invested in them and their growth.The only drawbacks were some slight issues with the formatting There were areas of distinct POV change or time lapse where a break in the page would have allowed an easier transition into the next section.Tina writes the story in a fluid manner, and y [...]

I liked this book It was slow to start, but it started to get really interesting when Hope Serenity appeared The relationship between Hope, Bass, and Declan is a bit twisted, which I guess is a good thing for a vampire novel The ending was not anticipated I won t give it away A little sad and a little triumphant too A nice read.
