  1. One of those little books written by somebody who clearly knows their stuff and cares not to make it commercial.I learned tons from this guide I d already been playing and progressing well for 12 months, but this book opened my eyes, explained some issues i was having and is making me think about buying ukes Didn t teach me about playing, but that isn t what this book is It s like a bible for those why is or what about questions. Can I give it one star because I can t afford ukes Lol Seriously [...]

  2. This is a nice little book Very quick read No chapter goes into great depth, but I think that is what the author was aiming for As such, the author really hits his mark There are a lot of quality pieces of information for the beginning ukulele player and it gives enough for the reader to no longer feel awash in the sea of information that is out there I recommend this book for new ukulele players It covers much the same ground as Ukulele for Dummies, but is succinct and much less expensive.

  3. for the very low price it is a 5 star book lots of very good tips by an accomplished player who had already been a help to me on his facebook page and his blogs if you just got or are going to get a uke, buy and read this book thanks barry maz for the help
